We want you to be delighted with your David Austin roses, which is why we offer a 5-year guarantee on our plants and a 30-day return policy for any non-living garden products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or replace.

  Prepare Your Package

  For non-living items, ensure they are in their original packaging; for plant health concerns, please provide photographs of the rose in its current planting location.

• 3.
  Return Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our nursery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive your return or verify your plant claim, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 7-10 business days.
